We would like to provide you with an update on how we are doing against our 2022 Strategic Plan. COVID has slowed us down in some areas, in particular those relating to growth.
It was most important that we focused on client safety before any growth strategies were considered. Since the development of this plan, we have experienced both the Delta and Omicron COVID variants, which have taken a considerable amount of our focus, time and resourcing to navigate. However, we are tracking well in other areas including technology, branding and marketing, workforce and property.
For these initiatives that are lagging, we will carry them forward into our next Strategic Plan along with initiatives to build on the achievements we will have made during FY22.
